Battle of the Bands returns to The Boardwalk with two legendary opportunities on the line. We’re giving standout local and regional bands the chance to earn an opening slot for Pat Travers on Wednesday, January 28th. From blistering blues-rock guitar to hard driving riffs, this icon helped shape generations of heavy music — and this is your shot to share the stage with true rock history.

All Ages Welcome — Bring your friends and family! If you’re under 21, you must attend with a parent and or guardian adult. Competing bands must be 21+.

We are gratefully accepting donations to support The Aloha Initiative, the non-profit philanthropic arm of The Boardwalk. The Aloha Initiative contributes to the welfare of families, veterans, and pets at risk locally and beyond — spreading community support and aloha where it’s needed most. Battle of the Bands – Submission Criteria

Band size: 4 (four) members or fewer

Format: Electric

Genres: Classic Rock, Rock, Hard Rock, Blues Rock,

Eligibility: Original music strongly encouraged

Judging based on:

• Musicianship & stage presence
• Originality & genre compatibility
• Promotion & fan participation

Bands must be available to perform on January 28th

Required Submission Materials

• Band name and lineup
• Short artist bio (150 words max)
• Links to music (live video preferred; streaming links accepted)
• Social media links (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
• Contact information (primary representative)
